How can I redeem the E-Gift Vouchers I stored in the FairPrice Group app ?

(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v8.0.0 and later)

To redeem your E-Gift Vouchers for online purchases:

1. Tap on ‘E-Voucher’ in the checkout page
   

2. Select the E-Voucher to redeem and click apply. Alternatively, you can manually add a new one in the ‘Input E-Voucher code’ field.

3. Proceed to checkout. 

To redeem in stores:

1. Launch your FairPrice Group app and tap on ‘Me’ on the homepage 
2. Click on ‘E-Voucher’ 
   

3. Tap on an E-Voucher to redeem.
   

4. Tap on ‘Use E-Voucher’ and present the QR code at any payment counter

Not valid for purchases from Marketplace sellers on FairPrice Group Services or for pre-ordered items on the FairPrice Group app.

(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v7.9.9 and earlier)

To redeem for online purchases:

1. Tap ‘Add’ in the ‘Voucher code’ section in your cart
2. Select one or more E-Gift Vouchers or promo codes from Vouchers. Alternatively, manually add a new one in the ‘Enter voucher code’ field
3. Proceed to checkout

Tap on “Add” under “Voucher code” for online checkout

To redeem in-stores:

1. Launch your FairPrice Group app and tap ‘Rewards’ on the home page 
2. Tap on the ‘Vouchers’ tab to go to your Voucher Wallet
3. Select a voucher to redeem. For more details on the voucher, tap ‘View’
4. Tap ‘Use now’ and present the QR code at any payment counter

To redeem in-stores while paying via FairPrice Group app:

1. Tap on ‘Add’ next to voucher code
2. Select one or more vouchers from your Voucher Wallet. Alternatively, manually add a new voucher in the ‘Enter voucher code’ field

Tap ‘Add’ under ‘Voucher code’ when paying via FairPrice Group app
