Terms & Conditions for BRANDS- FP Exclusive BRAND’S® Promotion (15 Apr 2022 – 15 Jun 2022)

This terms and conditions (“T&C”), and all subsequent revisions or amendments made from time to time by the Organiser (Suntory Beverage & Food Singapore Pte Ltd and BRAND’S Suntory Asia), without prior notice, shall apply. By entering the promotion (“Promotion”), the participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

15^th April 2022 to 15^th June 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”)

• How to Participate:
• Purchase a minimum nett value of S$38 on any BRANDS® products in a single invoice (the “Promotion”) at selected stores* entitles you to one (1) lucky draw chance of Natureland Body Therapy (90 minutes) Gift Vouchers (the “Premium”) in a single invoice. Each entry must be accompanied with original single invoice and combining of invoices is not acceptable. Duplicate, re-printed or copied invoices or submission of multiple entries with the same invoice shall be disqualified automatically. For the avoidance of doubt, the abovementioned minimum nett value refers to the final price including any discount applied to the purchase.
• This Promotion is valid for purchases made from 15^th April 2022 to 15^th June 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”) on BRANDS® products at selected stores*.

Step 2:

An SMS will be sent to your participating mobile number with a webpage link for you to complete the entry and upload the image of your original invoice for verification.

• Participants will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful lucky draw entry
• Original invoice must be retained and presented upon prize collection

Terms and Conditions:

• This promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and Foreigners residing in Singapore except Traders, distributors, retailers, and online retailers purchasing in bulk for commercial purposes e.g., resale or export.
• This contest is only applicable to participating products purchased from the participating retailer during the promotion period.
• By choosing to participate in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reject any photo entry which the invoice has been damaged, tampered, or modified, in its sole discretion, as invalid.
• Each purchase of the Participating Product(s) entitles Participant(s) to only one lucky draw chance for this Contest in a single invoice. Each Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) prize.
• All SMS entries are to be received by 2359 hrs on 15^th June 2022 and no entries will be accepted after this time.
• Lucky draw selection of up to twenty (20) individual prize winners will be conducted on 17^th June 2022 at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pte Ltd. Trading as BRAND’s Suntory Asia (the “Organiser”), 18 Cross Street #12-01/08 Cross Street Exchange Singapore 048423.
• Prize winners will be contacted from 20^th June 2022 to 24^th June 2022 via the mobile phone number used to submit each winning entry in this Contest. In the event a winner is un-contactable by phone after (3) attempts, he/she will be disqualified from the Contest and a new winner from a reserve list may be selected, at the Organiser or its appointed agency’s sole discretion.
• Prize winners shall receive their prizes via home delivery from 27^th June 2022 to 8^th July 2022. Attendance shall be by the winner in person, or by a person authorised by the winner in writing. A copy of the prize winner's NRIC or passport (as the case may be) and, where applicable, the prize winner's written authorization must be presented for verification purposes. Prizes not collected by 8^th July 2022 will be forfeited.
• Each Original Invoice must be presented during prize collection, failing which, no prize will be awarded for such entry.
• Prize(s) are not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or any other items, whether in part or in full.
• All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the Promotion, including without limitation, transportation, logistics, telecommunications, network, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket expenses as may be incurred by a Participant during or in connection with the Promotion shall be borne by the participant.
• By participating in this Promotion, each participant (or "you") consent(s) to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the manner and for the following purposes:
  • recording of each participant's personal data for entry in this Promotion.
  • verification of such personal data.
  • communication with each participant for purposes related to this Promotion.
  • disclosing your personal data to our appointed agency and other authorised third parties, if any, for purposes of operating, reporting or promoting this Promotion; and/or
  • such further or consequential use of personal data as and when necessary, in the operation of this Promotion.
• Notwithstanding anything herein, the Organiser has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a participant in participating in the Promotion or receiving the Premium. The Organiser’s decision on all matters is final, binding and conclusive on all participants and no discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeals or challenges by any participant shall be entertained.
• Redemption Premium is strictly not exchangeable, whether for cash, credit or other items in part or in full.
• The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person or participant, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Promotion Period, make substitutions for the Premium(s), cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, participants agree that their continued participation in the Promotion will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as revised).
• The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this Promotion and premiums, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, the redemption and/or use of the Premium or any indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the participant in the Promotion. Each participant of this promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify the Organiser from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred with connection therewith.
• The Premium are redeemed on an “as is” basis. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, fitness for purpose, suitability of use and quality of the Premium(s) and does not accept any liability in respect of such Premium(s). The Organiser reserves the right, without prior notice, to replace the Premium with other(s) of similar value should the Premium be unavailable for any reason, without prior notice. Suntory is not an agent of the supplier/merchant of the products and services comprising the Premium or vice versa. Any disputes in relation to the Premium should be resolved directly with the supplier or merchant.
• The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions.
• Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion and the redemption premium is the property of their respective owners.
• The terms and conditions of this Promotion are governed by Singapore law, and participants of this promotion shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
