For issues encountered with orders paid via the FairPrice Group app, please look for the Outlet Manager in charge for assistance. If resolution involves a refund, please see below.
- If the total transaction value is less than $100 (with or without LinkPoints redemption), you will be refunded in cash only.
- If the total transaction value is more than $100 (with or without LinkPoints redemption), you will receive the refund on your credit card. Redeemed LinkPoints will be returned to your Link account.
* Refund requests must be made within the same day of transaction.
