Campaign Period
This Update Myinfo Sure-Win Digital Scratch Card Campaign (the “Campaign”) is available from 3 June to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), unless otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
This Campaign is open to Link members (“Eligible Members”) who meet the following criteria during the Campaign Period:
- Are existing Link members with a valid FairPrice Group account at the point of their Myinfo update
- Are existing Link members who have not previously updated their FairPrice Group account using Myinfo via Singpass, prior to using the latest FairPrice Group app version (Android: ver 6.74.0 (625) and after / iOS: ver 6.69.0 and after) for this update.
- Are existing Link members who updated the latest FairPrice Group app version (Android: ver 6.74.0 (625) and after / iOS: ver 6.69.0 and after) and complete a successful profile update of their FairPrice Group account using Myinfo via the FairPrice Group app only
Campaign Details
During the Campaign Period, Eligible Members can participate in the “Update Myinfo Sure-Win Campaign” (the “Campaign”) to receive either 1 unit of 1kg Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice or $0.60 off voucher with no minimum spend, upon successful update of their FairPrice Group account using Myinfo via the FairPrice Group app, using the latest app version (Android: ver 6.74.0 (625) and after / iOS: ver 6.69.0 and after) for the first time within the Campaign Period.
- The Campaign is organised by NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd (the “Organiser”).
- Eligible Members who successfully update their FairPrice Group account profile using Myinfo via Singpass on the FairPrice Group app (Android: ver 6.74.0 (625) and after / iOS: ver 6.69.0 and after) for the first time during the Campaign Period will be awarded with a digital scratch card via the FairPrice Group app.
- The scratch card must be digitally scratched in order to reveal the reward.
- The rewards are either 1 unit of 1kg Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice or $0.60 off voucher with no minimum spend
- Either 1 unit of 1kg Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice Voucher or $0.60 off Voucher with no minimum spend will be credited to Eligible Member’s “My vouchers” in the FairPrice Group account on the FairPrice Group app within 1 working day after the successful Myinfo update
- Limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Member only.
- The vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group's discretion.
- The Rice is limited to 120,000 Eligible Members, awarded on a randomised basis.
- The $0.60 off voucher with no minimum spend is limited to 20,000 Eligible Members, awarded on a randomised basis.
- Eligible Members must be physically present at the FairPrice store(s) to use their $0.60 off voucher or receive 1 unit of 1kg Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice
- Add the voucher (either 1 unit of 1kg Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice or $0.60 off voucher with no minimum spend) at the Pay/Earn screen via the FairPrice Group app for in-store redemption only. Payment must be made with the FairPrice Group app using the Pay/Earn QR code. Accepted methods include debit card on file, credit card on file, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
- The voucher is valid for redemption for 30 days from date of issuance.
- The vouchers given are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Details of Participation Mechanics
Eligible Members must initiate and complete the Myinfo update process successfully for the first time via Singpass on the FairPrice Group account during the Campaign Period to qualify, only via the FairPrice Group app (Android: ver 6.74.0 (625) and after / iOS: ver 6.69.0 and after).
- Each Link member is eligible to participate in this Campaign only once.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the update of Myinfo is incomplete, invalid, or if the participant has previously verified their FairPrice Group account via Myinfo using the latest FairPrice Group app version (Android: ver 6.74.0 (625) and after / iOS: ver 6.69.0 and after) and also before the Campaign Period.
Campaign Terms and Conditions
- Each Link account is considered a unique participant in the Campaign.
- For Eligible Members to participate in the Campaign, their Link membership must be linked to the FairPrice Group account via a registered phone number or Link card number prior to completing the Myinfo verification.
- The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and no correspondence, appeal, or enquiry will be entertained.
- Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant.
- Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Campaign.
- NTUC Fairprice Cooperative Ltd (“FPG”)and its affiliates, together with their advertising and promotion agencies, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following: (i) any additional cost or expense incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign; (ii) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect, or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Campaign or the crediting of Linkpoints; (iii) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign Period; (iv) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of entries (including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or participants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet); and (v) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to credit the voucher.
- The participant agrees to FPG’s Privacy Notice, which sets out details of FPG’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct their personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal data.
- The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend, and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; and (c) change the dates and times of the Campaign. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
- No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should the voucher or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
- All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to FPG and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign, will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Notice of FPG at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice (the “Privacy Notice”).
- The participant agrees to the Organiser’s Privacy Notice, which sets out details of the Organiser’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct their personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal data.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing, or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 1 Singapore, and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
