Terms & Conditions (“T&C”):
- The contest is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-permanent residents residing in Singapore except employees of FairPrice Group, their respective affiliates and advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors and their immediate family members.
- How to participate
- To participate in the contest, a Participant must take a photo or video of a bonding moment with their pet and FairPrice product that makes it happen, and comment it on FairPrice Singapore Facebook during the contest period (9 to 22 May 2025, 23:59).
- Each Participant who purchased the accompanying product at FairPrice Online and submitted proof of receipt together with the fur-ever moment photo or video will be awarded an additional entry to the contest
- Each Participant is entitled to unlimited entries and chances to win the prize.
- Entries must be completed and submitted within the contest period to be accepted as a valid entry.
- Each Participant will only be allowed to win once during the contest period.
- Campaign Prize
- Prize: A total of 200 Golden Village tickets (50 sets of x4) to Disney’s Lilo & Stitch movie on 30 May 2025 (720pm and 730pm) at GV VivoCity.
- Winners’ names will be announced on FairPrice’s Facebook & Instagram by 26 May 2025 with instructions on how to redeem their prize.
- In the event that a Winner (i) does not respond to FairPrice within [4] working days of being notified by Fairprice of his/her win; (ii) has breached any Terms and Conditions herein; or (iv) his/her entry is invalid for whatever reasons, his/her Prize will be forfeited and FairPrice shall be entitled to select another Winner.
- Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- By participating in any such Contest, participants as well as their respective representatives and/or agents acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data and information by FairPrice Group (“FPG”), including any applicable third parties working in connection with FPG, for the purposes set forth in this T&C as well as under the FairPrice Group Privacy Notice here: (https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice-)
- Once personal data (Full Name, Contact Number and Email Address) is submitted by the Winner, Winner has the right to withdraw his/her consent within [3] working days through social@fairprice.com.sg stating his/her intent to withdraw. With the withdrawal, his/her Prize will be forfeited and FairPrice shall be entitled to select another Winner. Once the prize is distributed to the Winner, the Winner will not be able to withdraw his/her consent.
- The decision of FairPrice Group on all matters relating to this contest is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
- FairPrice Group reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
- FairPrice Group reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
- FairPrice Group reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
