This Plan Today & Win Big with Prudential Lucky Draw (“Campaign”) is organised by NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited (the “Organiser”).
You are eligible to join the Campaign only if you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions, without any obligation to furnish notice.
1) Qualifying Entrants
(a) The Campaign is open to all residents of Singapore aged between 21 to 50 years and at the date of participation, with exception to the following:
- (i) employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members;
- (ii) employees of the advertising, creative and promotion agencies of the Organiser and any other parties which are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Campaign.
(b) To be eligible for the Campaign, participants must be between the ages of 21 and 50 as of the date of participation and must provide a valid and contactable mobile number. Entries with incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable contact information will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to assess eligibility based on additional criteria deemed appropriate and may disqualify and/or exclude any participant who does not meet the requirements.
2) Campaign Period and Campaign Mechanic
(a) The Campaign is valid from 5 May to 2 July 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
(b) Participants who click on the “Plan Today & Win Big with Prudential Lucky Draw” banner on the FairPrice website at [https://www.fairprice.com.sg/] and/or app are entitled to one entry in the lucky draw. Only one entry is permitted per person, regardless of how many times they click on the Submit button.
(c) By submitting your contact details, you consent to be contacted by a Prudential Financial Representative. A representative will reach out to you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to provide information or assistance regarding Prudential’s insurance and financial products.
(d) Notwithstanding paragraph 2(b), participants who engage in a meeting with an authorised financial representative from [Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited (“PACS”), UEN 199002477Z] or Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore (“PFA”), Company Registration Number 202211309M, collectively referred to as “Prudential”, as part of this Campaign will receive an additional ten (10) entries into the final lucky draw, bringing the total to 11 entries (“Additional Entries”). The meeting must be scheduled and completed within the Campaign Period to be eligible. Prudential and the Organiser reserve the right to verify the eligibility of such meetings. The Additional Entries are non-transferable and do not guarantee a prize.
(e) The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any participant who is found or suspected of tampering with the lucky draw entry submission process and/or operation of the lucky draw entry
3) Winners & Prizes
(a) A total of 49 lucky winners (“Winners”) will be selected during the draws to be conducted at No. 1 Joo Koon Circle #13-01 Singapore 629117 on the date and at the time specified in the table below.

(d) The winners will be selected and announced within sixty (60) days following the draw.
(e) All Winners will be notified by phone call 6380 5858 within 60 days of the lucky draw campaign. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event any eligible Winner cannot be contacted for whatsoever reason.
(f) The Organiser may require Winners to provide a valid identification document for verification purpose before awarding the Prize. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold the Prize pending verification of the Winner’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
(g) In the event that a Winner (i) is not contactable or does not respond to Organiser within 24 hrs from point of contact via phone; (ii) refuses to provide a valid identification document for verification purpose; (iii) has breached any Terms and Conditions herein; or (vi) his/her Lucky Draw Entry is invalid for whatever reasons, his/her Prize will be forfeited and Organiser shall be entitled to select another Winner.
(h) Any Prize remaining unclaimed after two (2) months from the Publication Date will be donated to charity.
(i) In the event that any Winner is disqualified and/or excluded from the Campaign, the Organiser, at its sole discretion, may decide whether a replacement Winner should be selected. In this event, any further Winner will be selected on the same processes as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser can repeat this process any number of times until it has selected a satisfactory Winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(j) No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser or Prudential should the Prize or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(k) The Organiser’s decision regarding selection of Winners is final. Any correspondences, enquiries or appeals made including appeals to check the status of lucky draw entries, will not be entertained.
(l) Prizes are non-transferable, given on an “as is” basis and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prizes with items of similar value without prior notice and/or reason.
4) Liabilities
The Organiser, its affiliates and their advertising, creative and promotion agencies (i) makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, merchantability, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Prize, and (ii) to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following:
(a) any cost or expense incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign or in the collection of the Prizes by Winners;
(b) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with this Campaign or use of the Prizes;
(c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign Period;
(d) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of lucky draw entries (including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, server or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet); and
(e) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify any Winners.
5) Use of Personal Data
(a) All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to Organiser and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Notice of Organiser found at: https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice (“Privacy Notice”).
(b) By participating in the Campaign, you agree to grant and authorise Organiser the right to collect, use, process and disclose your name, address, contact information and other personal data, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of:
- i) the conduct and administration in relation to the Campaign (including without limitation the collection / delivery of Prizes to the Winners);
- ii) enabling Prudential to contact you regarding products and services distributed, marketed and/or introduced by Prudential and its related corporations, respective representatives, agents, third party service providers, contractors and/or appointed distribution/business partners (collectively referred to as “Prudential and its authorised representatives”) through marketing activities via all channels including but not limited to SMS, Social Media, In-app Push Notification, Phone Call etc and perusing your contact details which Prudential and its authorised representatives has in its records from time to time and in accordance to the Prudential Data Privacy Notice, which is available at T http://www.prudential.com.sg/Privacy-Notice.
- ii) Organiser’s promotional and marketing purposes; and
- iv) for any and all purposes set out in the Privacy Notice.
(c) By submitting the lucky draw entries, you acknowledge that in respect of any Information you provided:
- i) you are authorised to disclose such Information; and
- ii) such disclosure complies with the applicable laws and regulations on data protection, and the Organiser together with its affiliates have the right to use such Information for the purposes set out above. You shall hold the Organiser, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors and employees free and harmless from any liability arising from claims or suits of third parties, including costs and expenses incidental thereto, in connection with its use of the Information.
(d) Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute consent on the Winner's part to allow the use by Organiser of the Winner's name, image, voice, likeness and/or the fact that the Winner won the Prizes for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the Winner. The Winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any and all activities organised by the Organiser for these purposes.
6) Miscellaneous
(a) Organiser reserves the right, at any time without prior notice and/or reason and without any liability to any person, to (i) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign (in whole or in part); (ii) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) change the date, time and venue of any draw; or (iv) substitute any Prize with one of similar value.
(b) In the event of disputes regarding the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser shall have the right to make the final decision. The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to the Campaign is final, conclusive and binding.
(c) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
(d) In the event these Terms and Conditions are translated in any language other than English language, the English language of these Terms and Conditions shall govern and take precedence over the translated version(s) to the extent of inconsistency.
(e) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
(f) A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any terms of such agreement.
