3. All Stage 1 and Stage 2 infant formula are excluded from this promotion.
4. Promotion is only valid for purchases made from FairPrice physical stores (FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra) and FairPrice Online in Singapore.
5. The purchase of participating products must be made within the promotion period from 27 February to 30 April 2025 (both dates inclusive) from FairPrice stores and FairPrice Online.
6. Only one gift can be redeemed per invoice. Combination of invoice is not allowed. There is no limit on the number of redemptions per person.
7. All submissions for gift redemption must be submitted by Sunday 4 May 2025, 2359 hours to be eligible. Submissions are to be made online via a QR code at https://www.abbott-redemption.com/similac. Only clear and complete invoice scans will be accepted and eligible for the gift redemption. Submissions with unclear or incomplete invoice scans will be disqualified. Late, illegible, or tampered submissions will also be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of invoice.
8. Participants can opt for either self-collection at no charge or home delivery at a nominal fee of SGD $10.
9. For self-collection
Upon successful verification of the submission, a redemption letter will be issued to the email address provided. All gift redemptions must be made at Letrain Redemption Centre from 1 March to 31 May 2025 (both dates inclusive):

Redemption letter and copy of the qualifying invoice must be presented upon redemption.
10. For home delivery
Upon successful verification of the submission, a redemption letter will be issued to the email address provided.
Participants are required to make payment of SGD $10 via PAYNOW to company UEN number 201106145E under Letrain Events and Marketing Pte Ltd and endorsed the redemption letter to authorize us to arrange for home delivery.
Delivery will be made within 5 business days upon receiving payment with the endorsed redemption letter emailed to us.
11. Redemption will be on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last.

13. This promotion is open to all except staff and immediate family members of Abbott and their advertising/promotion agencies.
14. All gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts. Abbott Laboratories (Singapore) Private Limited (“Abbott”) and Letrain Events and Marketing Pte Ltd (“Letrain”) reserve the right to substitute advertised gifts with any item of similar or lower value, modify the terms & conditions of this promotion, suspend, or cancel this promotion without prior notice.
15. Abbott will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the acceptance and/or use of the gift(s).
16. Abbott and Letrain may collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion, notifying and/or verifying successful participants and facilitating the required gift redemption processes. We may have to disclose your personal information to our trusted third parties to help Abbott and/or Letrain administer this promotion.
17. By participating in this promotion, you hereby accept and agree to the above terms & conditions and Abbott’s Privacy Policy (https://www.abbott.com.sg/privacy.html). Specifically, you agree and provide your clear consent to (I) Abbott, its affiliates, contractors/sub-contractors collection, use, storage, transfer, and/or processing or disclosure of any of your personal information provided hereunder including full name, email and contact number for the purposes of this promotion; and (ii) be contacted, including via phone, email messages and text messages, by Abbott, its affiliates, contractors/sub-contractors in relation to the marketing of Abbott’s products and/or services.
18. Abbott’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding.
