Campaign Period
01 November - 30 November 2024
Eligibility
This campaign is eligible for selected customers who (“Eligible Members”) meet the following conditions:
- Exclusive to selected Link members who can access the Challenge in their FairPrice Group app account and
- Are Link members and have connected their Link account on the FairPrice Group app at the point of transaction (learn how to connect your Link membership to your FairPrice Group app account here) and
- Earn Linkpoints via the Pay/Earn QR on the FairPrice Group app at a participating Link partner outlet during the campaign period.
Campaign Details
From 01 November 2024 to 30 November 2024 (“Campaign Period”), Eligible Members can participate in “1,000 Linkpoints Challenge” (“Campaign”).
- The Campaign is organised by NTUC Link Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).
- A user’s participation in this Challenge is subject to these Terms and Conditions and a user is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by virtue of their participation in the Challenge. The Terms and Conditions shall include any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding on all users.
- The Challenge is available only on the FairPrice Group app, downloaded from Apple App Store & Google Play Store (after iOS version 6.33.0 and Android version 6.15.0).
- To view the Challenge on the FPG app, tap on the profile icon on the top-left of the home page to go to the Account page. Select “Play and Win”, and tap on “1,000 Linkpoints Challenge” to be directed to the Challenge detail page.
- A Linkpoints transaction made with any of the Link Rewards cards is not be eligible for this campaign.
- A Linkpoints transaction made at a Link partner outlet that cannot accept the FairPrice Group app for Linkpoints transactions will not be eligible for this campaign.
- Purchases for items not eligible for Linkpoints via the FairPrice Group app are excluded from this Campaign.

Participating Link partner outlets are:
- Caltex (Linkpoints are eligible only for fuel purchases)
- Crave Nasi Lemak
- Denticare (Linkpoints are applicable only for dental services. Excludes consumables, medication, laboratory fees and subsidies by the government.)
- Pezzo Pizza
- Skechers
- TOMORO COFFEE
- Wing Joo Loong (minimum $10 spend to earn Linkpoints)
- ZTP Ginseng Birdnest (minimum $10 spend to earn Linkpoints)
- Any partners which are not mentioned in the challenge will not be eligible.
- Payment via the FairPrice Group app is not accepted by participating Link partners, Eligible Members only need to earn Linkpoints via the Pay/Earn QR with their app to complete the tasks at specified partners.
Campaign Terms and Conditions
- Each Link account is considered a unique participant in the campaign.
- For Eligible Members to participate in the campaign, Link members must have their Link membership linked to the FairPrice Group app via a registered phone number or card number before making a Linkpoints transaction in-store.
- The Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence/appeal/enquiry will be entertained.
- Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.
- Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Campaign.
- NTUC Link and its affiliates, together with their advertising and promotion agencies shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following (i) any additional cost or expense incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign or in the collection of prizes by winners; (ii) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Campaign or use of the prizes; (iii) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign Period; (iv) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of entries (including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet); and (v) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify any winners.
- The participant agrees to NTUC Link’s PDP Policy that sets out details of NTUC Link’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
- The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
- No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
- All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to NTUC Link and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of NTUC Link at https://link.sg/legal/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”).
- The participant agrees to the Organiser’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the Organiser’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
