By entering this lucky draw, you agree that NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited (“FairPrice”) may collect, use, transfer and/or disclose your personal data to its related or affiliated co-operatives without further notification, remuneration, or compensation to you. You agree that FairPrice shall be entitled to collect, use, and/or disclose your name, image, photographs, voice and video recordings  of you for publicity and/or marketing purposes across all media platforms; and to administer this lucky draw, including to contact you for the administration of prizes in relation to this lucky draw. You agree to FairPrice’s data protection policy as set out in the lucky draw stub; “My Profile” on our FairPrice website; and our data protection policy (available at https://www.fairprice.com.sg/privacy-policy); in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

1. This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents, aged 18 and above except for employees of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited and their advertising, creative and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members.
2. Every $30 spent at all FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Shop, Unity stores, Scan & Go, FairPrice Online and Warehouse Club will qualify for one chance for the Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Entry”) from 31 December 2020 to 28 February 2021 (“Promotion Period”). A maximum of 50 Lucky Draw stubs will be generated in 1 transaction.
3. For FairPrice Online and Scan & Go customers, every $30 spent (excluding surcharge and delivery fees) and orders successfully delivered during the Promotion Period entitles you to one chance for the Lucky Draw. Lucky Draw stub(s) will not be issued for purchases made by corporate customers and/or Shop & Donate orders.
4. The decisions of FairPrice on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, including the Promotion Period and winners, are final, conclusive and binding. FairPrice shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
5. The following statutory items will not constitute towards the spend for the Draw qualification: (4D, TOTO, Singapore Sweep, FairPrice Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards), cigarettes and infant milk powder (0 – 12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only-medicines
6. Prizes include: $355,200 worth of FairPrice Gift Cards (400 Winners x $888).
7. To participate, fill in your name (as per NRIC) & contact number on the lucky draw stub and drop it into the Lucky Draw box provided in any participating FairPrice stores. All incomplete or illegible Entries will be disqualified. Only original stubs are accepted. Photocopies are not allowed.
8. For FairPrice Online and Scan & Go customers to participate, kindly opt-in to “lucky draw” and also input your name and a contactable mobile number via "My Profile” under Account settings before 28 February 2021. Lucky Draw Entries will be automatically calculated. You will not be required to fill up the Lucky Draw stubs as participation will be via automated process.
9. Delivery fulfillment by FairPrice Online shall fall within 7 days of the order placement date. Deliveries scheduled after 28 February 2021 will not be entitled to the Lucky Draw.
10. The weekly Lucky Draw will be held on the following dates, 12:00pm, at No. 1 Joo Koon Circle #13-01 Singapore 629117 (“Weekly Draw”).

11. All winners shall be notified by phone as indicated in the lucky draw stub on the following Tuesday from the Lucky Draw date. FairPrice reserves the right to disqualify any winner in the event there is no reply from the winner within 24 hours from the point of contact via phone.
12. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
13. FairPrice reserves the right to change any terms and conditions and/or terminate the promotion at any time, at its discretion, and to substitute any prize with one of similar value. In the event of dispute, Fair Price’s decision is final and conclusive.
14. FairPrice holds the right to draw a reserve winner to replace any winner who has subsequently found to be disqualified. Any unclaimed prize after two (2) months of the announcement of the winner will be donated to charity.
15. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from FairPrice should the Prize or any part thereof be forfeited.
16. FairPrice, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (i) makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Prize, and (ii) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following:
    1. any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in this Draw or collection of the Prize; b) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Draw or use of the Prize; c) intervention by unauthorized parties during the Draw period; d) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Draw and processing of Entries; and e) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify the winner.
17. By participating in the Lucky Draw, I understand and agree that:
    1. My personal data including my name, identification, image, photographs, voice and video recordings may be collected, used, disclosed, and/or transferred by or between FairPrice or its related or affiliated co-operatives and organisations for the purposes of conducting and administering the Lucky Draws including such matters as publicity and/or use in advertisements across all medias without further notification, remuneration or compensation to me.

18. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
19. The Campaign and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
20. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
