I hold an NTUC/OCBC Plus! Visa credit/debit card. How do I connect my Link membership to my FairPrice account?

As an NTUC/OCBC Plus! Visa credit/debit cardholder, here’s how you can ensure you connect your Link membership accurately to your FairPrice account:

On FairPrice app

1. Open the FairPrice app.
2. Tap user icon on top-left of screen.
3. Under “Membership”, select Link.
4. Tap Connect.
5. If you’re asked to connect to an existing Link account, follow the instructions to proceed.
6. Otherwise, if you’re asked to join a new Link membership, tap on I have an existing Link membership.
7. Select Link Card Number option and enter your 16-digit card number. Follow the instructions to complete.

Note: The 16-digit card number tagged to your Link account is displayed on the back of your card.

On Mobile Web or Desktop

1. Log in to your FairPrice account. 
2. At the top of your screen, click on Account.
3. On the side bar under “Membership”, select Link.
4. Click Connect.
5. If you’re asked to connect to an existing Link account, follow the instructions to proceed.
6. Otherwise, if you’re asked to join a new Link membership, tap on I have an existing Link membership.
7. Select Link Card Number option and enter your 16-digit card number. Follow the instructions to complete.

Note: The 16-digit card number tagged to your Link account is displayed on the back of your card.
