Campaign Period
This campaign is valid from 16 August 2023 to 30 September 2023 (“Campaign Period”).

 

Eligibility Details

  • This campaign is eligible for Visa cardholders who have never made any in-store digital checkout transaction before the Campaign Period (“Eligible Customers”).

Digital checkout transaction refers to payment via the FairPrice Group app or Scan & Go transactions on their FairPrice Group app account before the Campaign Period. To check, click on Account > Activity > Scan & Go / Payment tab. 

If there are previous Scan & Go or Payment (FairPrice) orders, customers will not be qualified to receive the voucher.  Customers who have used Payment QR code to earn and redeem Linkpoints only before are deemed to have completed at least one digital checkout transaction before, and will not be eligible for this Campaign.

Customers who have made Payment (Kopitiam) orders before will still be eligible. 

Note: Customers who have used Payment QR code to earn and redeem Linkpoints before will see the above screenshots too. However, customers are deemed to have completed at least one digital checkout transaction before, and will not be eligible for this Campaign.

  • Eligible Customers will receive a $5 off FairPrice promotion code (“Return Voucher”) when they complete their first payment via the FairPrice Group app or Scan & Go with a minimum spend of $30 charged to their Visa card in a single e-receipt (“Qualifying Spend”). 
    • Pay via FairPrice Group app orders include only transactions paid with Visa credit/debit cards linked on the app, or Visa credit/debit cards in Apple Pay/Google Pay linked to the app.
    • Scan & Go orders include only transactions paid with Visa credit/debit cards linked on the app.

  • Qualifying Spend must be made at FairPrice Supermarket, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Warehouse Club stores, Unity, Cheers or FairPrice Xpress.
  • Eligibility period is from 16 August 2023 to 30 September 2023 (“Eligibility Period”).

  • Eligible Customers who make the Qualifying Spend during Eligibility Period will have 1 Return Voucher credited to their voucher wallet within 10 working days. 



Return Voucher Redemption Details

  • Upon receipt, Eligible Customers can redeem the Return Voucher on a subsequent payment via the FairPrice Group app, Scan & Go or FairPrice Online with a minimum spend of $30 charged to Visa card in a single e-receipt. 
    • Pay via FairPrice Group app orders include only transactions paid with Visa credit/debit cards linked on the app, or Visa credit/debit cards in Apple Pay/Google Pay linked to the app.
    • Scan & Go orders include only transactions paid with Visa credit/debit cards linked on the app. 
    • FairPrice Online orders include only transactions paid with Visa credit/debit cards linked on the app or web, or Visa credit/debit cards in Apple Pay/Google Pay linked to the app or web.

  • Redemption can be made at FairPrice Supermarket, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Warehouse Club stores, Unity, Cheers, FairPrice Xpress, or FairPrice Online.
  • Redemption is limited to one redemption per FairPrice app account and capped at the first 17,300 redemptions. 

 

  • Redemption period is from 16 August 2023 to 31 October 2023 (“Redemption Period”). Upon expiry, no extension of voucher will be permitted.

 

  • For online and Scan & Go orders, the voucher must be applied to the cart before checkout.  More details can be found here (online) and here (Scan & Go).

 

  • For Pay via FairPrice app orders, the voucher must be applied before scanning the payment QR code at checkout.

  • Return Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Cards, FairPrice Loyalty Redemption Program point accumulations and/or other goods and services.

 

  • Discounts will be applicable on top of existing promotions within the same period.

 

  • Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant. 

 

  • Purchases for cigarettes, prescription and pharmacy-only medicines, statutory items (4D, Singapore Sweep, Toto), infant milk powder (0-12 months) and gift vouchers are excluded from qualifying minimum spend

 

  • FairPrice reserves the right to amend any privileges and/or terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice and without compensation in cash or in kind. 

 

  • FairPrice reserves the right to discontinue the voucher(s) at any time.
