Terms and Conditions:

 

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall apply to the SUPER & OLD TOWN x FairPrice Online Promotion (the “Promotion”) organized by JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS RTL SCC SG PTE. LTD.

 

  1. All participants (“Participants”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age are eligible to take part in the Promotion.

 

  1. The Company may exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without providing prior notice and/or reasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.

 

  1. The Promotion shall commence on 1st December 2022 and end on 31st January 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

  2. To participate in the Promotion, Participants will be required to purchase S$68 worth of SUPER or OLD TOWN Products in a single invoice to redeem an WMF Provence Plus High Casserole 16cm during the Promotion Period (see Paragraph 5 below for the list of participating Products) from FairPrice online store https://www.fairprice.com.sg/ apps and web in Singapore only.

  1. Each Participant shall only be entitled to redeem a maximum of one (1) gift and that there is strictly no overlapping redemption for the purchase made.

 

  1. The Company reserves the right to amend, in its sole and absolute discretion, the mechanics and/or details of the Promotion, without providing prior notice to Participants.

 

 

  1. The Promotion shall feature a total of 460 sets WMF Provence Plus High Casserole 16cm available for redemption:

  1. The Participants agree that the Prizes must be collected within the redemption period as indicated by the Company, and that any Prizes which have not been collected within the redemption period shall be forfeited.

 

  1. The Participants agree that all Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, may not be exchanged for cash and are always subject to availability. The Participants agree that the Prizes shall not be resold or used for any commercial purposes.

 

  1. The specific terms and conditions of each of the Prizes shall apply where applicable, and the Participants agree that any Prizes which are not used before its expiry date (where applicable) shall not be replaced by the Company.

 

  1. By participating in the Promotion:
  2. The Participant is taken to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any other instructions, specific terms and conditions that the Company may issue from time to time;
  3. the Participant hereby grants his/her consent for the Company to collect, use and disclose the Participant’s personal data acquired, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.jacobsdouweegberts.com/privacy-statement/):-
    1. administering this Promotion, including to contact you on the collection of the Prizes;
    2. verifying your identity;
  • compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
  1. transmitting to any third parties including our third-party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
  2. providing marketing material to you; and
  3. any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.
  1. Further, by participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees: -
    1. that the Company reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Promotion (including the announcement of the winners and the collection of the Prizes), and publish the Participant’s images and details for any purpose related to the Promotion without having to provide compensation to the Participant;
    2. that the Company shall have the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion, and to amend these Terms at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice;
  • that the Company’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, and the Company will not entertain any correspondence or appeals on the same;
  1. that Participants who have been found to have engaged in misconduct, including cheating, fraud and/or manipulation shall be disqualified from the Promotion and will not be eligible to win any Prize;
  2. to indemnify the Company against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees), which the Company may incur in connection with a breach of these Terms by the Participant; and
  3. that the Company shall not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages arising from or in connection the Promotion, including without limitation, any error in the computation of chances, breakdown or malfunction of related equipment, or any error in the outcome of Draw.

 

  1. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and the contents of any promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail. In the event of inconsistencies between the English version and any other versions of the Terms, the English version shall prevail.

 

  1. The Participant agrees that these Terms shall be governed by Singapore law and that the Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
