Terms & Conditions:

Promotion Period 

• The promotion period shall run from 26 December 2022 to 8 February 2023 (both dates inclusive), or such other period(s) as may be determined by FairPrice at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”). While stocks last.

Eligibility 

• You will qualify for the Promotion (“Eligible Customer”) if:  
• You are an existing Trust Customer;
• Your Trust account is active and in good standing with Trust Bank during the Promotion Period; 
• Your purchase is within the redemption limit set out in Clause 6 below; and  
• You have purchased the Qualifying Product with your Trust Card during the Promotion Period.  
• All Trust Customers can enjoy the promotion at selected FairPrice Supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Warehouse Club; and FairPrice online by applying the respective promotion code at the checkout page. 
• Redemption is not available at FairPrice Xpress, Cheers, Unity stores and for Scan & Go payments

Definitions 

• “Qualifying Product” refers to Golden Chef Elegance Gift Set, Golden Chef Royal Abalone Treasure Pot 1.8kg, New Moon Bountiful 6s Gift Set, Skylight Golds Gift Set at selected FairPrice Supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Warehouse Club and FairPrice online excluding FairPrice Xpress, Cheers and Unity stores (“FairPrice”) during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is not available via Scan & Go payments.  

Instant Discount 

• Eligible Customers who meet the requirements in these terms and conditions will receive a S$5 instant discount (‘Discount’), subject to these terms and conditions.  

• Limited to 4 units of any of the Qualifying Product per Trust customer per day. Stock availability varies from store to store and are available on a while stocks last basis. This limit applies across purchases at FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, selected FairPrice Supermarketsand Warehouse Club. The discount will be deducted upfront when a customer charges his/her purchase to his/her Trust card. 
• Customers will be able to enjoy the instant $5 Discount at selected FairPrice Supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra and Warehouse Club by presenting the Coupon within their Trust App and pay with Trust card.
• For FairPrice online, it will be limited to 4 units of any of the Qualifying Product per Trust Customer throughout the entire promotion period, depending on stock availability.
• The Discount will be given for FairPrice online when the Promotion Code is applied and purchase is made with a Trust Card.
• The Promotion is only valid for purchases made for personal use and not applicable for traders. 
• The Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions. 
• The Discount is strictly not exchangeable for cash.
