For postponement requests, please follow the steps below to submit a ticket via the Help Centre after placing the order. Our support team will assist you further on this matter.
- Log into your account via Fairprice for Business
- Click into “Help Centre” > “Manage orders and account”
- Select “Grocery”
- Please choose “Changes to Order” > “Change delivery date / time”
- Select the order number you’re enquiring about
- Submit the form and our support team will reach out to you
